One Fixed Hourly Rate

One fixed hourly rate.

A one-month rolling contract,

because we're confident that you won't want to leave.

Billing in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for what you use.

 

So whether you want a PA, Bookkeeper, Marketeer, or Business Advisor, there is no minimum hourly commitment each month, and how the time you need is split is completely up to you! If you want 20, 40, 80, 160 hours per month great, let's talk.

WHY ONE FLAT RATE?

Because we think it's simpler that way. When you employ someone you have to take into account, wages, national insurance, computer equipment, premises costs, training, holiday pay, sickness, pension contributions, software licenses, overheads, consumables and unproductive time, we just average that over all activities to make your life easier!  It's fair, realistic and we feel it's great value for the wide range of experience you're buying.

WHY DON'T I JUST EMPLOY SOMEONE?

Of course, you can, and that works for many businesses.  If you need a full-time administrator it's definitely an option and the hourly rate won't be much different, but are you ready to invest the time and money it takes to recruit, onboard, train, and provide equipment and premises for a new member of staff.  Plus do you actually have enough work for a full time or even part time administrator or PA to do?

SO WHY JUGGLE?

Because we believe every small business owner's needs are different and we don't believe that anyone can be a true jack of all trades.  So for the same overall cost of an administrator you can have just the right amount of social media expert, a professional bookkeeper, an experienced P.A., and many other roles at your fingertips

DOES ANYTHING COST MORE THAN OUR AGREED FIXED HOURLY RATE?

Yes, there are three main exceptions to our rule! 

 

1. One-off projects - If you want things like a whole website built, your end-of-year audited accounts completed, your company re-branded or a pension scheme organised they may cost more.

2. Training - Depending on the training you require that can, but not always, cost more, just ask.

​

3. Expenses - Our fixed rate is our labour rate if you want us to organise events, order a taxi, buy a gift, book a flight, set up a pay-per-click campaign, or find a babysitter for your kids, the cost is payable by you at the time of transaction.
